Confirmation is sent automatically by email after payment. **Payment** We accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Maestro via Stripe. Transactions are SSL and 3D-Secure encrypted. **Modifications and cancellations** See detailed policy below.

**Free cancellation** You can cancel free of charge up to 24h before your booked arrival time. **Late cancellation / no-show** Under 24h or in case of no-show, the booked rate is non-refundable. **Special conditions** In exceptional cases (documented emergency), we offer a 12-month voucher.

Your personal data is processed under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679. **Data we collect** Name, email, phone, number plate, billing address, payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe — not stored by us). **Why we use it** Booking and barrier-access processing, direct communication (confirmation, changes), billing, legal compliance. **Your rights** Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), portability, consent withdrawal.
